
First of all, let it be known that we treat our candidates with respect. We find that the
"do unto others…." Approach has served us well. While we can never guarantee to someone that we will place
them in their next job, we can guarantee them that we will give them every opportunity to share their
qualifications for those positions for which they are qualified. We will assist them in resume preparation,
interview preparation, interviewing tips, and complete familiarity with the hiring company and the specific
position. We view ourselves not as an intermediary, but as a “coach”. If the candidate doesn’t succeed, we
don’t succeed. The challenge is to do our best to match the profile of the candidate with the profile and
culture of the client. Just because a company rejects a candidate, does not necessarily mean he’s a bad candidate.
It just means he may be better suited for another company where there is a closer match of styles and personality.
It is our objective to apply our skills and experience in order to find the right match.
